Getting Trijicon HD's and an X300 ultra for my 19 soon.
I thought about getting a Haley Skimmer Trigger for it, but seeing as my 19 is my main defensive pistol, that's probably not a good idea to change it from stock.

My beloved 34 and SLR last weekend
Love my USA made Gen 4 G23. Bought it as my final pistol prior to all of the retard laws they implemented in MD a few years back.
The biggest problem with the newer Gen 4 guns is that the finish is literal shit-tier. It's flat, chalky and scratches if you look at it wrong. There are lots of reports of guns being scratched while in the box (from the cleaning rod). They get holster wear from just a few draws.
The slick teflon-like finish on the Gen 3 guns are bulletproof. The transitional finish on the earlier Gen 4s (which I have) is not as tough, but still better than most other finishes. The new finishes are pretty much the equivalent of spraying the slide with the flat black rustoleum.

I like the full size 17, but I've heard the 19 is pretty nice as well.
