A single Tu-95 appears over the arctic circle. The bomber flies over the North Pole and it is coming down toward the United states, through Canada. All other Russian activity appears normal. The Bear will not respond to any attempts to communicate with it. The President calls Putin and asks what is going on. Putin only responds that he is not aware of any such bomber. How long will US/Canada wait to shoot it down?
