Even if they aren't good enough for Combat, the Brazilians could bear the logistical burden or POG duties while maybe the Chileans provide security and the Colombians get a few SOF teams embedded with Americans. Argies could then whip up their country into a media frenzy that calls all other countries imperialists and fascists for occupying what is rightfully theirs (psyops/ propaganda warfare).
Plus realistically, a Colombian soldier here, a Chilean Leopard Tank there and a few Brazilian Gripens could potentially add up to a bloc which could try to pull its own weight.

Hard to say. Beyond 20+ years, Brazil would rek everyone else with a rapidly expanding population and economy, but even now, their alliance separates the opposition from one another. Only Argentina, Chile, and Brazil have any real power projection, so they would be the only ones capable of bringing the fight to foreign soil.

Are we talking full-out total war, or just going until a country abdicates? I am not sure why Australia is red. Brazil could drag into a stalemate in SA, but they have no real force projection to get involved overseas. Mexico would be unable to push far into the US because of all the gun-toting nationalists in the south. I feel that Russia would put pressure on northern China, Middle East, etc, while the NATO forces sequester middle east and bomb the shit out of China. The combined air power advantage and distance of western Europe from any significant threat would neutralize most offensives. After a few strikes at ops bases, Blue could knock out the Chinese/Indian/Pakistani bloc's industrial capacity. The red governments would either implode and surrender, or lack the ability to hit back in a cohesive manner.
If Russia were Red, then the balance of power would be more even, but I'd still give it to blue. Also, Africa ain't shit. Lock down a couple ports to project force and brutally put down resistance. Don't get bogged down in insurgency/occupations.

At any rate, no one in the northern hemisphere really wins. Their way of life is fucked and they spend the next two decades rebuilding.
Brazil and Chile become capitalist superpowers.
Australia has a 50/50 chance of rebuilding before the rest of the developed world.
Indonesia and the Phillippines would be major strategic areas.
