Where should I start with the touhou storyline, manga, and so on? I only finished a few of the PC games (does difficulty affect dialogue?) but I skipped all the dialogue and now I'm not sure if I should play them again for it or if I should start with something else. Thanks!

1. Start from EoSD and go on from there.
2. Difficulty does not affect dialogue, but picking a different protagonist does.
3. It's up to you if you want to play them again. Or you could just head over to the touhouwiki to read the dialogues only.

Not necessarily. If you read every manga chapter according to when it was first published, that would be the best way, but that's a bit unreasonable. If you want to read each manga all at once, you have to go by when it finished publication, or else the tie-in chapters would spoil the games.
