I was right. USAO is a hardcore DJ. Think initialD music, and subtract the lyrics, speed it up, make the bass thumpier, now add one lyric that repeats throughout.

Look for Comiket and M3 doujin music. You can find a lot of it labeled on youtube like C89 or M3-34, where "89" and "34" are the event number in which the track was released.
