I would like to play some jrpg in Japanese (untranslated), but I don't know (almost no) Kanji. Are there some Japanese rpg games with furigana? Hentai rpg would be fine as well.
If not, what is the fastest way to look Kanji up? Maybe screenshot and image search?

The fastest way is to learn kanji, you doofus. Get to it. But other than that, as >>15410762
already said, just use a text hooker, copy the kanji and look it up. If you're dealing with images though (like translating manga or fanart) looking the kanji up by radicals is the easiest way IMO. All programs that identify kanji from pictures have been incredibly mediocre or downright terrible in my experience, so forget about those.
Jisho's radical search is pretty nice. It's not perfect but does it's job for the most part.
