I think there's a dedicated cabinet for this game in Akihabara's HEY (Hirose Entertainment Yard). It might have been Gal's PAnic 2 though. Also, I'd guess you could find it on some of the MAME-type cabinets scattered around the place.

I think I played something similar in Greece 19 years ago. Cost 50 drakhma per one life. About 300 drakhma of that time would be one of today's euro.
