As usual, I found myself randomly on my dream. When I got hold of the lucidity, I started wondering where I was.
It looked like morning, from the intensity of the light coming through the windows and the open doors leading to the outside. It was a mansion, but not like Rokkenjima, something British and on the country side. I looked outside from one those doors and I could see a bright light shining on the vegetation, flowers and other kinds of plants. It seems too bright for me so I stayed indoors.
It was a lot darker inside, but still on a level that someone would find comfortable. I was interested on exploring the mansion inside, but before I took that many steps I noticed someone on the hallway next to that door. Looking at some flowers on a vase, was a young woman with long straight hair observing those flowers with a very relaxed look on her face. She was wearing a light coloured dress common in that century, had a dark hair and her eyes were grey or blueish grey, it was hard to understand with that kind of light. She glanced at me for a second from the corner of her eyes and turned her attention back to the flowers. Focused and occasionally touching the petals, this woman was paying attention to those flowers for some reason, even leaning forward to take a closer look almost touching them with her nose.
I was intrigued wondering who she was. Before I came to a conclusion, my thoughts were interrupted by a squeaky voice, coming from somewhere else, ruining the quiet I was feeling in that room, "Hey! What are you doing here?". It looked like an other young woman with that voice and I turned around to look at her.
>>15124090
>Cont.
She was indeed an other young woman. She was wearing a dress from that time, but she was also wearing a hat and gloves. She had short blonde hair, bright hazel eyes, looking at me with a grin, one hand on her hip and the other held out waiting for my answer.
"I don't know! I just ended up here somehow, I have no idea." I replied still confused with the whole thing. She didn't let me explain any longer and her voice changed into something less disturbingly squeaky, "Hang on!" she said raising her hand, "You don't need to explain anything, I get what is going on, don't worry."
She paused for a moment, I had time to realize something. Who they looked like, who they seem to be and I asked her, "Wait... Lambda?". I turned around and stared at the other woman, this time she glared me not very amused for someone to stare at her so intrusively.
So I faced the blonde woman once again and she answered me, "Yes I am. I don't think we look that different now for you to not be able to recognize us.". I looked at the other woman again, still minding her own business with the flowers and I asked Lambda, "So she is...". "Bern. Obviously..." she finished my sentence, sighing in the end.
I was confused even more, but for some reason it felt like it made sense. I looked back at Bern and she was glaring me with her eyes, this time it really felt like her, piercing me just as I should be expecting from her. I looked back at Lambda and she was standing there, arms crossed, with her usual authentic grin, waiting for me to say something.
is it possible there's something more sinister behind her gesture here? also why is erika so erotica.
>>15124395
>Cont.
At that moment I was thinking, it was a dream, but some say dreams are more then just dreams. Even if they are just dreams I had to know what this dream had for me. So I focused and calmed my mind down so I wouldn't wake up suddenly ruining the whole thing.
I changed my attitude for more immersion and started asking questions more seriously, "Then Lambda, explain me what is going on? Why are you here? Why is Bern behaving like that, it doesn't seem nothing like herself." She gave me a smile and spoke, I believe she was hoping I stopped looking silly and finally come to my senses, "She has to be like that. Its part of the thing she is doing right now. She is trying to be a human, a mortal and experience this world as one. The mindset and knowledge of a Witch doesn't let her experience this properly. She has to be dumb. She has to descend herself like that.". She finishes her speech, with her usual confident tone and gestures with her palm up towards Bern.
She was quiet and appeared to be like an innocent girl, she was contemplating the garden outside, feeling the fresh wind of that morning coming through the door. This was exactly the situation she would die of, absolute boredom with nothing happening around her. It was like she was drinking her poison on purpose. But for some reason she just stood there, peaceful and silent.
I was pondering about Bern, I was about to move towards her to speak but Lambda told me not to do it, so I asked Lambda instead, "She is her own Piece, but this doesn't even look like a Game at all. What are you doing?".
>>15124527

Lambda leaned forward resting her hands on her hips, smiling at me, "We are called Voyager Witches for a reason. We travel to many kinds of worlds to experience them in the many ways we can thanks to our powers." I was following her explanation and I asked her, "So you are like Gods? You have amazing powers and can do amazing things."
"Wrong." she told me right away slightly raising her voice. Lambda kept her cheerful attitude and gave me her long explanation, "We are might look similar, but if we were the same we wouldn't have different names.". She leaned back standing straight looking me in the eyes, she was looking serious this time, "Gods are beings part of their own universes and they are part of nature. It seems they have free will but, they are bound to cause and effect.", she peered at Bern in the middle of her speech returning her eyes to me right away "They might have great powers like us, but they lack awareness and consciousness. Gods are still very limited compared to us and they exist for a purpose on their universe, as part of how that universe works. Like a supernova or a black hole, they are just huge events on their universe and appear to be conscious entities.".
Lambda lifted her head with a faint smirk, "We Witches however, are not bound and we are very conscious beings. So this gives us a lot of freedom and we can do whatever we like. But there is something, that even humans can related to. When you are very conscious, you start to get bored of things around you, this is why it is sometimes said that ignorance is bliss. But humans are limited, some tried so hard to push their limits into changing their reality that were able to, what we can call, do Magic. And that is why we are called Witches and this is what we do, Magic. Witches are beings that can do a lot of Magic. So we travel between many universes to experience them, that is why we are here now, until we get bored with it and move on."
Lambda turned her face to look at Bern, I did the same. This is when the dream started to collapse until I wake up, it's the last thing I remember.

Good food for thought, maybe she is the embodiment of Certainty which kinda makes her a Goddess of Certainty. But she is still free to help them or not, no matter the prayers she gets from humans. I believe Lambda is just playing God for the fun of it, or maybe some kind of morality she has about it.

>Juliette

>>15127394
My headcanon is that Lambda is very mature. She understands that making others suffer and ruin their lives isn't the only way to get rid of her boredom. Bern looks like she is not very mature at all, or maybe she is pretending, acting like an edgy teen with urges to kill. I hope one day Bern grows up if that is the case.
It's creepy when we notice weird details on the novel that seem to be out of character. But I remember a Ryukishi interview where he said there was more behind Lambda, Bern and Featherine that was untold. He also mentioned that he because a writer to express his inner world. I believe he might have a lot of autism regarding some characters, that is what makes it interesting.
>>15127536
This post, accurate for me.
And specially this:
>You see of her true colors in the tea party where she tells Beatrice to play more seriously, in a stern and meanacing voice
This is what I felt on my dream. I just realised how Lambda truly was after my dream. Every day Lambda looks even better and a lot of character relationships start to make more sense for me.
For me Bern is very immature, she pretends she is strong, cruel and evil. By doing bad things, she hides how bad she feels or to hide her weaknesses. Just like when Bern told Lion how she forgot how to react. I think Lambda knows that and she teases to exploit that on her, from this basis we can also understand why both fit together in their love relationship.
Ryukishi inspired me and he keeps doing it so, the way he created the characters and how he sees them, its something I follow too and I believe its amazing.
>tfw you will never RP with Ryukishi where he perfectly portraits those Witches following strictly the characterization and their set of "rules"
>>15127694
please stop talking about that, no one cares about your dream.

Where is that interview? I want to read this.
Since there are a lot of things that he had detailed for the Witches but never published them, makes me believe he has some kind of autism around these characters and a lot of quality and relevant content he could tell us about.

If it was an accident that she fell off the boat, why was she wearing a swimsuit at the time she fell?
>>15143756
Perhaps she was wearing the swimsuit under her normal clothes because reasons and she simply got rid of her clothes shortly after falling off.
>>15143827
Well she was on a pleasure cruise. She could have been wearing a swimsuit underneath in case she wanted to use the on boat pool, or something.

>>15144691
>dead people

Checkmate.
>>15144689
Putting it like that it makes it sound like Erika really is incompetent as a detective. The only way for her to win is to try to break the game and screw everything over. Battler kinda blew her the fuck out in the end.
>>15144699
That's only if we word it as dead people. Let's use the word bodies then, bodies count as separate things as people. We're only told how many people are on the island, not bodies, and they only specify the number at the end of ep 6, as in clearly state it, and that's ONLY if Erika joined them. They never once claim how many bodies there are in the story.
So Clearly Erika always washed up on Rokkenjima and got fucked.
>>15144689
But if Erika is dead, how do you explain the red truths that say "Erika did X", like this one?
>>15144740
I thought you said she died on arrival, and that's why there are only 17 people in game 6? Or did I misunderstand something?
If Kanon and Shannon are the same person, wouldn't it mean it's possible for Erika to exist?
>>15144731
One could even say it was likely Battler who solved the epitaph in the end over Erika. You can make a good argument for it. Battler's not entirely stupid, he's actually pretty clever and smart, he's just oblivious and tries to think too much out of the box sometimes. While he'd have a bit of a struggle to solve the actual murders on Rokkenjima without some guide (like Knox's ten commandments) I feel like he could probably manage to figure out the epitaph given the appropriate time and motivation.
Erika likely helped out and mentioned a few things that got Battler on track, and she likely tried to make it seem like she was the one who actually solved it. I doubt Battler would really buy that he solved it 100% by himself. Even in the end, when Kinzo was "Showing Battler where the gold room was" that could just be construed as battler figuring it out himself. Of course, this all depends on when/if Yasu got Battler to go along with their scheme. Did they make contact before or after the epitaph was solved? That's even assuming they got involved with the scheme at all.
Erika also fell into a bit of a trap in the middle of Ep 5. She honestly did suspect that Kinzo was actually dead, until having been "proved wrong" in her interaction with Battler. Battler pulling that whole stunt, even if both battlers were just piece battlers, totally screwed over Erika, making her include Kinzo into her plot that made Natsuhi out to be the culprit. That really helped screw Erika over near the end of Ep 5 when vehemently tried to include Kinzo into her theory, despite it constantly being stated in red that kinzo was dead. She tried to defend that angle instead of attempting to create a good work around.
>>15144779
Because if they're one person then there are 16 people without Erika, and 17 people with her, so the ending of Episode 6 makes sense
>>15144793
Yeah that's pretty much how I interpreted it, pretty simple and to the point.
>>15144805
That's the right answer according to the manga, but Rikafag's fanfic theory is that Beatrice is Rosa, and Kanon and Shannon are separate people
>>15144820
Yeah at the Chicago con Ryukishi went to a few people tried pushing the Rosatrice theory down mine, and everybody else's throats. Apparently there was some eight hour long video explaining it or whatever. I can see how it could be interesting, but you need to stretch a lot in order to make it work. Seen Rikafag push it a lot, and although I surprisingly agree with more stuff than I'd like to admit with them, even if the manga didn't exist explaining the answers it's pretty obviously Shannon/Kanon. Episode 7 even makes it pretty damn blatant. Rosatrice is just trying to be contrarian.
If anything Erika's body washing up on Rokkenjima, and not being counted as a person, should be a huge clue supporting that either way. Granted I never read the manga for the specific answers, but I always assumed Yasu just used Erika's body in ep 1 to make it look as if Shannon was dead. Hidyoshi didn't know Shannon intimation, so he just screwed up. Then again that logic could be totally wrong. But it explains how they got an extra body.
>>15143636
Natsuhi probably didn't even know that Jessica was in a band.
>>15144893
>But it explains how they got an extra body.
There was no body. Hideyoshi and Eva were accomplices, and lied to George about it. That's why they didn't set the chain when they went to bed afterwards, they assumed Yasu would spare them since they worked together
>>15144934
Man that whole bribe thing always gets me a little miffed. Especially when there were some other ways that you could have handled the mystery. Again with the Genji and Kanon entering the room thing. Their cover story was that they cut down the chain with an axe in order to get into the room. That is still a good explanation for how they got into the room, they just lied about Eva and Hideyoshi being dead when they entered the room.
And again with the whole of Episode four. Just replace the word bribed with threatened because Yasu and the servants were holding them all at gun point, and forcing them all to play along. Rather than paying all of the adults off to work with them.
>>15144963
>the Shkannon explanation of the ending of ep 6 to not make sense.
How does it not make sense? There were 16 people, then Erika came, and now there are 17. It's really simple
>>15144990
Don't reply.
>>15144963
It's the specific wording. "Even with you joining us that makes 17 people." Implying even if we count Erika, there are only 17, as opposed to 18. That means without Erika joining them, there are, presumably, 16. Even if Erika always died on Rokkenjima and washed up as a body, that statement still holds true. After all, it's a statement made assuming Erika joined the conference, rather than if she actually joined it or not. In the hypothetical situation Erika manages to survive and join them on Rokkenjima, then that would make 17, as opposed to her assumed 18, if she doesn't join them, that would make only 16, instead of 17.
>>15144992
I can agree to that. Kind of why I liked the story being ambiguous at the start. Everybody's own personal truth is valid, in the long run. It's supposed to be a catbox, left completely unopened. Honestly, even if there are real explanations, i kind of like the meta plot and everything else rather than the actual mystery. As retarded as it sounds, i always thought of Umineko as a story about a mystery, rather than being a mystery. And yeah there's a key difference between those two. It's about the characters analyzing, attempting to solve the mystery, and some lording their own personal truths over others.
Reminder that the solution to ep 6's closed room problem is bullshit.

Doesn't matter to me, had fun and Erika was a blast.
>>15145541
You're right. The whole point was that Beatrice wasn't real, just like God isn't real
>>15145541
Not really. If you've interpreted "magic" as having metaphysical religious context to it, that's not it. Magic is love, acceptance, and letting go. It's transcendent, but has nothing to do with religion.
>>15144665
Lambda is so sexy there, but just sexy nothing else.
>>15145615
But BeatriceUshiromiyawas real. I wish there's a fragment where she can live happily.
>>15145661
fuck
>>15145636
Magic is more of a personal belief, one that you know isn't true, but still trust in it. Hence why only those who know magic isn't real, but defend it, are proper witches.
>>15127254
What the fuck is a sound novel anyway? Isn't it literally just the same as a visual novel?
>>15145825
If you have nothing interesting to say, don't say anything.
>>15145839
I want to kiss Eva-Beatrice
>>15145839
No, I'm genuinely wondering why Ryukishi refers to all his stuff as sounds novels. As far as I can tell, it's pretty much just a VN. I don't think I've ever seen any other companies call their work sound novels either
>>15145851
There isn't really special CGs to unlock and view, so the graphics aren't the selling point of it. He uses sound effects like cicadas and seagulls crying and wind howling to set the mood and atmosphere to compliment the story. Can't forget ahaha.wav.
And the soundtrack is great too.
>>15145876
If that's the case then the console ports would be actual visual novels, right? Since they have CGs and animations and such.
>>15144893
I rememer when those tumblrinas did that shit in line for either Ryu's panel. Those hos where spoiling shit and talking like Rosatrice was a real thinf so I started blasting music off my phone to drown them out.
On a positive note I'm so glad I got to meet Ryukishi last year. Too many of my entertainment idols are dying bruh.
>>15145970
>r07 will commit suicide in your lifetime under mysterious circumstances
>>15146007
Dude why this?
>tfw he will take every secret about the witches into the grave
>>15146007
Don't say that. He's 42 though, so he'll probably die before you anyway
>>15145962
Seems about right.
Here you go anons.

Anyone have that Dlanor and Erika Last ride meme?
Please post so I can save it. Thanks.
>>15147143
Thanks, that's pretty cool. Some of them don't actually look that bad from different angles
>>15147617
>Those eyes
I want to fuck that Bern.
>>15145970
There was a moment in line for the second panel, where the entirety of 07th expansion walked past and nobody in line reacted at all.
And yeah I'm glad I met the guy there too. Got a signed copy of the first four eps.he seemed more excited about the damn thing I was, bless his heart. I hope he'll stay alive long enough for me to get 5-8 signed. I want to shake his hand a second time.
>>15147617
Yeah I was a little nervous at first, but now seeing more of them the sprites look okay for some of the characters.
>>15147725
Something about Kanon's clothes is just lewd as all hell. I can't stand that a boy is wearing them.
>>15147473
Last ride meme?
I pride myself in my SeaCat meme collection but I can't recall a last ride.
>>15147725
We need more cute Jessica in cute outfits.
>>15147830
how about this?
>>15147830
Here's one
>>15147919
Obligatory
>>15147830
This counts, right?
Ange is lewd
>>15148133
Why are her boobs so H U G E?
>>15148144
Pachislot gave her (and most of the other women) an upgrade in breast size.
>>15148163
Sounds more like a downgrade to me.
>>15148133
She's also lewd in the manga
>>15147919
>>15147954
>>15147974
>>15147985
>>15148016
>>15148058
All of this is perfect, thank you Anons. I'm starting to seriously think that Jessica is becoming my waifu.
>>15148100
Yes it counts, technically Jessica is in it.
>>15148191
This desu
>>15148163
Is there a Jessica one? Or the stakes?
>>15148301
have the Jessica overkill.
>>15148768
Yeah, I scanned all of them. Here's a link.
https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BzdNfLGacG1rbHZGVjdVc0VfNXc
>>15148768
And here's Jessica's
>>15148958
nice.
>>15148163
>>15148958
obviously Luci didn't get one.
>>15149026
They may not have given her larger breasts, but they did make the bottom of her outfit higher cut.
>>15149026
She doesn't need one, she's already perfect
>>15149054
true that.
>>15149049
did Battler design it?
>>15148774
Thank you Anon, my life is not complete. I don't know, a lot of umineko girls are good, but Jessica just has that level of spirit to her, while still being occasionally girly and feminine.
>>15149076
^ Now, not not.
>>15149076
Still i always wonder how she gets her clothes past "act like a lady" Natsuhi. I don't think Natsuhi would view miniskirts as very ladylike.
>>15149092
Maybe it was a compromise? Maybe the original outfit she wanted to wear was way more lewd than her current one? In comparison this one is way better, to her?
Is there any fan art of Jessica wearing Erika's dress? Erika was just borrowing it from Jessica after all
>>15149119
Not that i know. Only a pic of Jessica wearing Erikas dress.
>>15149119
You weren't the only one that asked about it.
>>15149127
>>15149119
Yeah. Maybe i SHOULD have read that more thoroughly...
>>15149076
>>15149139I still don't regret asking that. She looks cute in it.
>>15149153
I have not considered bathing suit Jessica. That works extremely well.
Umineko has a lot of underrated girls, now that I think about it, especially compared to Erika, bern, and lambda.
>>15149205
Looks like ange isn't the only one with an ungodly short skirt.
>>15149205
Too bad the sprites will never be shown from that angle in game
>>15149211
>>15149219
I really wished the games had back view sprites. There are so many great asses in this series.
>>15149225
I know right man? It's a total loss there. Then again what actual VNs usually have back shots?
>>15149231
Muv-luv had a bunch of great ass-shot sprites
>The only character I could use to make Jessica in TTT2 is Xiaoyu
At least I still have Forest George, I guess.
>>15149312
J-jessica ass a great!
>>15149332
>>15149354
I've been working on these for a while. It's still a work in progress though.
>>15149471
It's all good Anon, you're doing god's work!
>>15149808
That reminds me, I actually did a shop like that years ago, but never posted it. How's this?
>>15148163
>upgrade in breast size
START POSTING SHANON NOOOOOOOW!
>>15149975
Looks pretty good, there's a little problem with the ass and the outlines, but everything else looks pretty good, actually.
>>15149987
Here you go.
>>15149992
Yeah, I might get around to fixing it at some point.
>>15150062
I wanna cover her mutilated genitals in my seed.
>>15150062
You know some of the pachinko character designs are fine, but can somebody tell me what the hell is up with Battler, Beatrice and KRAUSS of all characters. They just look the most off to me. Especially Krauss's ugly old man face.
Anyone want to request or suggest seacats characters for me to doodle? I'll try not to be as messy with my sketches, I just really want to draw something. Nothing too lewd or detailed though, my anatomy is ass.
>>15150273
beato dress lift
>>15150273
Battle giving ange headpats.
>>15150273
Anything with Virgilia would be nice.
As much as I Erikapost, Virgilia is still my seacat waifu.
>>15150093
>Especially Krauss's ugly old man face.
It's because the art is based on the manga
Here's one more edit
Perverts.
>>15151108
Where do you think you are?
>>15151137
Silence, virgin.
>>15151154
I hope Battler gropes your chest in your sleep.
Sleep tight, seacat.
>>15150273
Ange snorting cocaine.
>>15151103
I'd rather not expose myself to scantily clad landwhales, thanks.
>>15152050
why would she?
>>15150469
Ask Battler how she deals with perverts.
>>15154139
What if Kanon asked her to?
>>15154230
I guess that would be something different then.
>>15150273
How about Battler Being Surrounded by ange, Beato and Virgillia, smiling happily?
>>15154482
>>15154641
Is Loli ange disappointed that her adult self doesn't wear pantsu?
