A guy who knew nothing of Touhou commissioned a bunch of animations about it in different styles with different voice actresses, people on Nico shat on them because of how bad and off-character they were and the guy got mad and a bunch of comment/video deleting drama started happening.
Long story short, the guy got screwed in the end by the nico userbase for his dickery, apologized to everyone and his videos became memes. Each video has their own voice actresses for each character and ''they'' are named after said VA, so for example KNN (Kanna) is the name given to the Reimu she voiced in Touhou Christmas, who in the video is busty and has a motherly attitude. They all have distinct designs, especially the hair style and face.
Same with the other Touhou characters, if you ever see a Sanae with a black ink cross on each of her cheeks, you know it's cookie.
