Six dexterity is but one point above the possible (but not theoretical) minimum.
Since this locks her out of pretty much everything sensible melee-wise, her only choice is to go full FTH/INT, spam DO in PvE until all of eternity and in PvP hope that betting on you opponent's stupidity is a viable strategy - or that the lag deity favours her.
On the other hand, if the only thing driving her is an all-encompassing hatred for every being either living, unliving or otherwise ontologically affiliated, including herself, she could spend levels on STR until 70, at which point she can use the Dragon Dildo Deluxe. I recommend equipping Medicine in this case for maximum effect.

Depends on what game. In most D&D versions and derivatives, 6 DEX is pretty bad and screws over your ability to make ranged attacks and avoid getting hit, but it's not at all a broken character if you have other advantages. Yuuka would probably have 18-20 in STR and CON, meaning that she could still be highly effective in close combat. As a druid variant of some kind she probably has good WIS as well, her INT would be at least average if not higher, and CHA would be a second dump stat probably around 6 or 8 too. Just play her to her strengths and try to avoid her weaknesses and you'll do juuuust fine.
