Why is there no crazy hair Touhou?
There's the myths of those women with mouths on the backs of their head and plenty of characters in anime/games that use their hair to attack, but there's no one like that in Touhou. I can't even think of one that has crazy generic female ghost hair, and there are plenty of female ghosts.
Dragons are explicitly in Touhou, but not in the games. Look at the founding of Gensokyo, Iku's job, etc.
They are pretty fucking powerful in 2hu even for dragons.
Imagine you are fighting a dragon loli in game and for the last card she actually transforms into a giant serpent.

Phoenixes and Dragons are not. They're considered divine beings along with the Qilin.
Lower beasts (even 9 tailed foxes) that roam the lands are the only ones that are considered monsters.
