Im starting to play Japanese Mahjong
Does anyone know why i cant tsumo? i click the button but it says "No multiplier"

You need at least one "yaku" to go out. By calling the west you don't have any. If you scroll down it'll tell you what the yaku are.

assuming >>14946256 knows how to play, he probably meant "use riichi next time"
riichi must be a closed hand (no calling) but it counts as a yaku and lets you tsumo/ron when your hand is otherwise worthless, like yours
calling is the easiest way to fuck up your hand if you haven't memorized yaku
