The human brain is an amazing machine, which can remember things to the most minute detail, or solve complex problems in seconds, yet this is not possible for most people due to the "noise" of the mental maelstrom that is human thought. You can see the true abilities of humans in (actual) autists and insane people, being capable of far more than the average person.
