Eyes of cuttlefish can not sense color, but they are still able to match colors when they camouflage.
I ordered cuttlefish at dinner the other night, big mistake. I think it was bad because of how they broiled it but I probably won't try it again any time soon. Pic related, it looked nice at least

The eyes have nothing to do with their camouflage, it's their skin that expands the appropriate pigments to match the color as good as possible.
