Both Yuuka and Marisa are from the pc98 era and both have the attack master spark. They are more likely interact than many others.

Given how Marisa got that Master Spark, however, their friendship is unlikely.

I always saw Yuuka as Marisa's proxy mentor. The way they talk during PoFV could suggest that they had interactions even after LLS. Marisa may or may have not learned the Master Spark from Yuuka. Considering she has the Hakkero, she may have just copied the original's appearance.
