There's something oddly enticing about the way Kokoro ends her sentences.
Is that elongated infliction on the "jaaaa~" my weak western ears hear just part of her character or is it some kind of accent or dialect that I can't recognize?

That's what google suggested too. I was under the impression that since she was from a noble family did everything arrogantly and properly that she wouldn't be speaking what I've people refer to as "redneck Japanese."
But google did mention that it's described as "melodic, but harsher" so that might be what I'm thinking of.
