What does /jp/ think about dakimakura? I've heard that they're great for your back, and have other health benefits. I've been thinking about buying one.

Helps your back and neck, because you're no longer sleeping on your stomach or back. Because you'll be hugging the pillow. It allows you to distribute your weight better to relax your joints. These sort of pillows were used before the whole waifu thing, usually used by pregnant women.

Here's a compromise between these two: buy a good pillow (latex pillows are amazing, albeit expensive) and browse your favourite girls on /c/ or Safebooru before you nod off. Then, hug the pillow while you're trying to go to sleep. I do it every night and it works great for me!
