Google is blocked in general and every service associated with them. So Youtube as well.
But you can install some free VPN services on your PC beforehand and you can climb the wall. But only do that if absolutely necessary, because the connection is slow and unstable. For emails and youtube it's enough, though. But not for childporn torrenting. You do that by visiting those Chinese baidu tieba boards.
