Unyielding capitalism

>none

>>62242733
They tend to follow the new testament much better than catholics and orthodox christians.

god isn't real
>>62242871

>>62242871
>>62242882
How do we know that reality is real?
None
94% of the population is christian, 5% atheist/agnostic.
>>62242910
We don't lmao
>>62242931
>5% atheist/agnostic

Christian (Raised Anglican)
Roughly half Christian, Half Agnostic here.
Religion I tell most people
>Catholic
yes
Religion I tell close friends
>Non-denominational Christian
yes
Religion I actually am and tell no one
>Christianity synchronized with European Paganism
no
>>62242830
lol, most protestants completely ignore the new testament, and pretty much just love leviticus and the creation stories
theyre like orthodox jews who are european and less strict dress codes and think god's personal name is just jesus
the fuck you on
>realized that religion was bullshit at 8
>some people die without realizing it
>>62243352
Catholicism is basically Christianity synthesized with European Paganism though. Instead of praying to Venus to have a baby, you pray to St Anne.
>>62243390
>lol, most protestants completely ignore the new testament, and pretty much just love leviticus and the creation stories
Not Lutherans.
>>62243402
And now at 16 here you are being an obnoxious atheist all over the place.
>>62242709
>Atheism
yes
>>62243402
>>62242733
Ok man, there is a big difference between us protestants and old world protestants.
We are way less like sects.
>>62243435
>childish thoughts appearing when older
what about not, kiddo
>>62243405
I don't adhere to the polytheistic aspect of European paganism as much as I do the mystical aspect and ancestral honoring. part of it mixing with Christianity is adhere to the Christian God and Jesus as opposed to pagan Gods (who may exist as lesser spirits rather than "gods").
>>62243420
Oh well maybe them, most formally Lutheran regions of Europe are now pretty Godless and I've never been to the upper Midwest so my knowledge of them is limited.
>>62243461
Mainline Protestantism (i.e., Calvinists and Lutherans, pretty much European-style Protestantism) was the majority of all Christians in the United States until the mid-20th Century, but they are now the minority of US Protestants due to the rise of Evangelicalism and Atheism.
>>62243544
It doesn't make sense.
My Dad is a lapsed Catholic who never made it to his first communion and my mom is a Unitarian Universalist. I myself have never gone to church on a regular basis in my entire life and consider myself atheist.
Whether that's common in the US depends on the area. While I don't think atheists are the majority anywhere, they're not uncommon in the cities.
Church of the Living God, Column and Ground of the Truth, The Light of the World
No
Old belief.
It's basically the same as the Reformed Orthodoxy.
Evangelicalist are not real Christians.
Pantheism
My countrymen doesn't even know what that word mean (^:
>>62242709
Roman Catholic

>replies with pic of guy who believes in no religion
>>62244341
Wikipedia says 2 mil. at least. It's the church without KGB agents.
>>62244341
Lol no, old believers just went underground or fled to distant parts of the russian empire, some went to southern Siberia while others secided to move to Baltic because the Tsar had little power here, the real power belonged to the Baltic Germans.
>>62242709
Catholic
Yes
What a bunch of heretics around here
I'll pray for the salvation of your soul
>>62244408
>>62242709
atheist
no
>>62244422
*decided
Anyways while I'm here i would say im agnostic, but I dont have a grudge against any no sectarian denomination of christians who dont try to press their ideas on to me, same goes for atheists.
Agnostic
No, it's mostly just old people that are still religious here
>>62244430
Well, they're not really KGB hitmen nowadays. Regular people go to serve church but it was affected by socialists so they're a bit retarded now.
>>62244496
what about your young, atheist generation
None (atheism)
No ( 3% )
>>62244408
>>62244422
Awesome. I'm a big fan of healthy little microcultures that buck the odds. Pic related.
>>62244538
Russia doesn't have legit data on religion since 1926 census if you're asking about the popularity of religion. I've no idea if kids these days are atheist or not. Must be less atheist than in 80s.
>>62242709
None (Atheism)
Uncommon 5-10%
