If we've ever discriminated against any race in particular, it was coons. Hooknoses have been here since colonial times (the very first ones here were Dutch yids who settled in New Amsterdam) and we've never had much history of anti-Semitism. Even in the South, where jigaboos were literally kept as farm equipment, there were kike communities in various areas and nobody cared.
There was still a snob thing going on for a very long period of US history though, Christians would cross the street rather than walk in front of a synagogue and Hollywood actors with yid last names would Anglicize them. So while we tolerated them and nobody was actively holding pogroms or Holocausts, there was still kind of a general sense that proper Christians did not associate with them. Of course it wasn't yids in particular, Protestants would snub Catholics and refuse to walk in front of their churches and vice versa.

There's one Jewish neighborhood in my town which is populated with school administrators, doctors who work at a nearby complex of medical centers, and things like that. But even though I've probably seen them in the stores a million times (they even have kosher food items to cater to the neighborhood), I couldn't really tell them apart from non-Jews except occasionally you'll see a yeshiva student with a yarmulke.
