My parents can recite most world capitals by heart know the world map perfectly and can tell you a ton of shit about history. Any history not only ours, dates, events, names, etc.

In the old Roman Empire Greece was very influential but the ERE was essentially Greek.
Keep in mind that Roman Empire was multinational and Emperors could be from any part of the Empire if they were good generals and their legions were loyal to them but the old Roman Empire was mostly Latin with Greek influence, while ERE was mostly Greek with Latin and maybe some middle Eastern influence.

It would've been much smarter had we made a balkan union instead of joining the EU , the difference in wages is taking educated workers out and thus stagnating our own economy. On top of that the lower prices allows western "investors" to fully purchase companies from the area even if they produce the same shit .
