We have something called middle gender (like English "it").
Feminist get mad at our language because we have something called the masculine plural, which says that the masculine form should act as a neuter plural when talking about a group of both men a women. They protest by using all kind of redundant, grammatically incorrect crap or making up inclusive words to counter it.
