They've released shitloads of other smaller games, Layers of Fear is a short but sweet horror game for example, has a good story and not that many jumpscares. The vanishing of Ethan Carter is also Polish iirc, and that one had stunning graphics.
Nothing major outside of the Witcher series though, but I'd like to see them do more big games
