>poutine gives you gas and diahrea

>>62137711
First one, although I fail to see how either of them give you a bad stomach. Are American's typically weak stomached?
Poutine seems better desu.
>>62137711
Nachos; only because I've never tasted poutine -.-
>>62137856
its just a popular joke/meme here.
No clue how it got started but now everyone pretends junk food automatically gives you diarrhea. I guess its just to discourage eating such things, yet it doesn't actually stop anyone.

Double dubs checked
I'd rather have poutine because it's a regular dish served in restaurants and pubs here. But we usually add bacon pieces or Italian sausage

Thats not a real thing, its just so special little snow flakes can feel their privilege is being checked by god
I thought it was the other way around? Mexican food giving diarrhea and not the POUTINE!

>>62140550

Trash them both and go to Bodacious BBQ.
>>62140830
no, it was a regular BBQ poutine from a Socrate restaurant.
>>62140550
That's a nice looking 'go 'za
>>62137711
Why not both?
Some restaurants in my city are selling Nachos Poutine & Poutine Nachos.
poutine is clearly better but what really makes you think© is that nachos are just random fast-food while poutine is like a national treasure in Canada. If you compared it to something with a similar popularity (maybe pulled pork?) it would lose.

Poutine is a national treasure in Quebec. Anglos just culturally appropriate it because they have no culture.
>>62157517
Quebec isn't a country, so it's still a Canadian dish you retarded faggot.

Quebec is not a separate country, but Québécois are a separate ethnic group. Are Navajo dishes American food? Is Inuit seal blubber Canadian food too?

Nachos are more of a TexMex thing, add some wheat flour tortillas and strips of grilled fresh cheese to pictured and you'll get authentic goodness.

I see you've never heard of chilaquiles
>>62158985
I've been wanting to try this stuff.
>>62137711
Why choose?
Canada's the only place you can get both.
HOWEVER, even though I do enjoy poutine, I would go with the nachos in a "you may only eat this forever"-type scenario. The (extremely) mild spiciness would add just a little more taste bud action than the pure saltiness of poutine. Also dipping is fun, and if you just dip (mix everything but the chips into the cheese), you can eat it with your hands and maintain clean fingers, eliminating the need for a fork.
>>62159127
They are bretty good desu. The catch is the sauce, chilaquiles are as good as their sauce so if you eat shit sauce you'll get shit chilaquiles.
>>62137711
There are waaay better examples of nachos, you virgin.

poutine, unless you replace that "cheese" with cheese.

the cons for the poutine apply to those disgusting cheese wiz nachos
also poutine sucks outside of quebec so its not really canadian food
>>62140270
funny as fuck desu
>>62140550
Poutine is infact very good, but I am from Arizona: nachos are love, nachos are life
>>62159358
Depends where you get it.
Some places actually do it over chips instead of fries, poutine sauce instead of gravy, and real, good cheese curds.
I'd like to interject that poutine is not a canadian dish but a quebecer. before early 00s people from outside quebec didn't knew the existance of poutine. Poutine represents the average quebecer dish which is mostly about trowing every vegetable in one pan and add cheese on ti at the end. Poutine is a 20th century invention probably created by a bunch of drunk quebecer at midnight in the 50s.
now pls, listen to some quality music about poutine and remember that canada always has to steal culture from quebec to feel like they have something.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gz89dO1F7fs
even the word "canadian" is stoel from the quebecer.
...and the national athem of canada was initially created by the société sain-jean batiste in order to give a national athem for french-canadian
stop the canadian cultural appropriation. they're canaidan that doesn't accept that they became canadian.
