That's good progress anon. Now that you have lost some weight, keep eating healthy and add some exercise. A healthy amount of muscle will make you look better and healthier and also muscle tissue consumes energy and will help you balance your weight.

You lost weight simply too fast and your body literally just ate all its muscle and left the fat on cause either you were not working out enough, or you ate simply too little and your body went into starvation mode

I used to have the same situation. Keep losing weight, but do exercise sometimes, I'm not talking about lifting, just do something like push ups, walking for long distances or cycling.

Don't lose more weight if you can help it. You'll lose some naturally while lifting weights, but 75kg is probably a good amount of weight to stay at, depending on your height (look up what bmi you are to make sure you don't drop or get too close to underweight).
All you need is to do is build more muscle, it'll help you tone and shape your body and wait for the skin to regain some of its elasticity.
