What did you have for breakfast? What's a breakfast typical of your country?
I had eggs with cheese on bread, white beans in tomato sauce and bacon (which is more or less english?) this morning, although I only do so when there's a heavy day ahead of me.
Typical breakfast in NL is either bread with butter and a single choice of spread (we don't mix, so we really have bread with cheese and that's it) or muesli with yogurt (which is what I grew up with) or milk.
Bonus points if your breakfast is easy to make and generally available for most countries.
I had a fucking apple like a normal healthy human being

>>62033158
We had indian neigbours when I lived abroad and the old lady would make me pav bhaji for breakfast on a white flour bun.
Sweet sweet baby jesus it was unreal
>>62033177
breakfast is unhealthy and unessessary.
I can sleep ~15 minutes longer if I don't eat.
>>62033177
tbqh I never ate breakfast cause I was never hungry until I found out it kickstarts metabolism for the day, so now I force feed
>>62033177
i am losing weight atm,I used to be 150kg just back in may down to 120 atm , aiming for 90 by november. I am 6ft tall.

>>62033228
>>62033234
I mean, I know metabolisms are different, its just I am never more hungry than when I wake up. Do you guys just fast until lunch? Or just have coffee at least?
>>62033177
>2 in the morning
>have myself a glass of warm milk and a pickle
>if I am feeling cheeky I have a stake pie
>go to bed with tummy full of food
>wake up
>no need to eat
Feels comfy.

Porridge with honey

>What did you have for breakfast?
Leftover stir-fry chicken + leftover roast chicken drumstick, with leftover roast veggies (sweet potatoes & carrots), some cheddar, cucumber & sauerkraut. Extra virgin olive oil on the cumcum&kraut, butter on the chickie & roastveggies. salt & pepper on everything.
>What's a breakfast typical of your country?
Idk m8; mielie pap? cereal?
>Milk/Coffee/Tea/Mate and cookies
>Milk/Coffee/Tea/Mate and croissants (faturas)

Rice broccoli and chicken
sometimes just a protein shake and some crackers
>>62034692
Yep
I had a few Sausage links, some bacon strips, scrambled eggs, a piece of toast, and a cup of coffee, black.
Nothing, but if you're a good aussie you'll probably have toast, cereal or wheatbix.
>>62036622
>wheatbix.
Nutrifics tastes better tbqh fampai
(w/ milk and sugar added to both, ofc)
Bacon egg and cheese on toast with a side of fries.
>>62033044
I had two slices of rye bread with butter, lettuce, tomato, ham and blue cheese. Two boiled eggs. Slices of tomato sprinkled with salt/pepper. Coffee.
This is pretty much the standard brekki I grew up with. It's missing porridge, but I'm not a big fan of it and every time I do it I get leftovers for days so it spoils and we can't have that can we.
I eat instant oatmeal every weekday (inb4 muh sugar, as if it's not a negligible amount) since it's fast to make and filling. I would eat toast with peanut butter instead but I don't eat enough bread to justify buying bread every week for most of it to go bad and get thrown away.
>>62033295
>>have myself a glass of warm milk and a pickle
Doesn't seem like those would go together well at all
>>62035274
>pastries for breakfast
Almost as bad as people eating (pan)cakes for breakfast and slathering them with syrup

Eggs, potatoes, and a chicken taco. Not the shitty hard shell kind, a soft taco.
Objectively the perfect meal
>>62037589

lol, fucking fatties
>>62038268
should swap out two of those toasts for another egg desu if you're going to eat that much for breakfast
My breakfast varies but it's usually a combination of homemade ''müsli'' and eggs.
If I eat eggs then I'll use about 6 eggs and eat them with cottage or quark cheese + honey on top.
My homemade müsli examples
60g old fashioned rolled oats, 300ml whole milk, 15g raisins, 20g roasted peanuts, 15g poppy seeds, one apple
Another variation is
60g old fashioned rolled oats, 300ml whole milk, brazil and cashew nuts (20g), one large banana, teaspoon of cinnamon, 10g cocoa powder.
I'll sometimes use papaya instead of bananas and apples.
I eat a wide variety of non-wagecuck, elaborate breakfasts
>>62038621
>you wouldn't know about my craft breakfast
I usually have cereal or waffles 2bh desu
>>62033044
My parents eat cereal or muesli. Toast when hungover.
most people my age skip the meal entirely
I usually just have coffee and cigarettes, sometimes fruit.
>>62033044
I usually have a coffee and a bowl of muesli with berries, banana and milk.
If it's a weekend I'll make a big breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs on toast, bacon, mushrooms, roast tomato, and usually a coffee/fresh orange juice.
>>62037321
>blue cheese for breakfast
>there are """""people"""""" in this same planet that survive with the equivalent of malnourishment every day
gosh wagecucks
>>62038851
Sprinkled on a sandwich. It's not like I just ate a big chunk of blue cheese on its own. Though I wouldn't mind doing that since I fucking love it :DDD
these are tasty and can be eaten on the bus/car on the way to class/work
Black coffee for brekkie
Black coffee throughout the day

>>62039027

I never have breakfast aside from coffee, tryna shred fat off with intermittent fasting. You guys should stop having breakfast if you want abs
I eat a pretty heavy breakfast. The rest of the day I don't really eat at all. Today I had two eggs sunny side up, some toast, some sausage, and biscuits in country gravy.
>>62038815
>If it's a weekend I'll make a big breakfast
Do you usually clean up on the friday night dog fights?
>So many hungry skeletons
You'll never gonna make it bruhs
>>62039066
huuuur duuur i don't know what i'm talking about
>>62039066
As mentioned earlier having breakfast jumpstarts your metabolism for the day so you end up burning more fat in the long run and helping bring out those nice abs. The more you know.
I had rye toast with butter and huckleberry jam. It's the best
>>62039130
I'm an Aussie posting from a proxy m8, so yes
French toast
>>62039248
>powdered sugar
>syrup (or honey?)
Breakfast is supposed to sustain you until lunch, not give you a five minute energy boost.
>>62039159
Not really. Breakfast isn't the most important meal and eating fewer larger meals leaves you feeling more satiated than many small meals. Just search intermittent fasting on pubmed desu
>>62039248
http://thisiswhyyourefat.kinja.com/
>>62039313
>muh metabolism :(
just eat, fag
Usually two clementines, steel cut oatmeal that I've left soaking the night before with honey, and some Greek yogurt. I've been cooling it with all the coffee so now I have tea with it instead.
>>62039313
Fuck off commie I have the freedom to eat whatever I want
SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED
>>62039345
"feeling" more satiated shouldn't matter. that's what thinking, not just mindlessly doing what your body wants, and willpower are for
I had a few cups of coffee, some juice, a few potatoes and a lamb steak
Felt good man
Rice, and spicy shit.
Though being brought up around an international community and a western lifestyle my whole life I eat whatever really. Had a BLT this morning, was comfy.
>>62039147
>>62039159
Eating breakfast doesn't jumpstart anything, it only raises your sugar levels and makes your body take energy from those new nutrients instead of tapping in from the reserves that you already have, bodyfat
>>62039386
>"feeling" more satiated shouldn't matter
Autism
>>62039345
But it is. There have been numerous studies that point out the numerous benefits of it.
>But there's 1 study that doesn't so ha
If you don't eat a proper breakfast you'll be starving yourself for 18h (dinner to lunch)
Human beings have adapted to eating irregular amounts of irregular food at irregular times, but now there are these "nutrition "scientists"" who claim one meal (NB! not just "a" meal, but one of many meals) of the day is more important than the others... has everyone suddenly gone fucking mental to believe this shit??? CAN YOU EVEN RATIONAL THOUGHT????
>>62039480
