It hasnt even begun
you forgot
>some spittle-flecked baby boomer dying happy in poverty, safe in the knowledge that at least he got to vote that one time out of bloody-minded spite
actually that's unrealistic. the souls of the young must be harvested so that baby boomers may continue to post BETTER TO LIVE AS A FREE MAN THAN DIE A SLAVE in news article comments and wonder why nobody visits them
>>62002997
Nah, for as much as I despise the eternal Anglo, they just CAN'T fucking die.
>muh doomsday scenario
Remainers are retarded
>croatia is mad soon enough it will have to pay for its crimes and there wont be nato/eu to bail their disgusting whore state out this time
>>62003749
i - personally - mourn the loss of opportunity that being part of the eu made possible. for example: the return to tarrifs and visas that put obstacles in the way of the younger generation - the 14-15 year olds - that those older generations who voted 'out' enjoyed. sort of a 'price of everything, value of nothing' thing.
then there's also the nasty underside of the country that the 'out' camp brought to light and enabled: the increase in hate crimes post-brexit. the lies about where the 'weekly eu money' will go, and so on. every major politician in the 'out' camp since disappeared after having their fun in the spotlight, and now mummy has to step in and do the real, difficult work to fix the mess they left.
like eu membership is a force multiplier; without it we're just another shitty little island populated by nasty, spiteful people that's not very good at anything besides silly hat parades and blaming foreign meddlers for our own thick-headed mistakes.

Why would there be a mummy in your government. Is that some sort of slang
>>62004585
mummy as in 'child's name for mother figure'
>>62004125
I welcome irrelevance. Being a well-known place is more of a curse than a blessing.

you should go back

irrelevance is ok if you know and accept irrelevance. unfortunately the lie that 'we live in the greatest country on earth' is a seductive one that's difficult to unpick from peoples' egos

Do you guys not realize that the whole economic crisis of the UK in the late 70's was due to the overregulation of their market?
Also, the frenchman who devised this clever economic plan was also one of the founders of the EU?
if anything, the UK is avoiding one of the most toxic economic unions in the world
