It's the most like Stockholm, it's nice and cosy but the other two are better imo.
Some top tips:
Most of the best bars and restaurants are outside of the old town unfortunately. But having said that in the summer the whole old town is full of tables and chairs in the sun, really nice to sit in the afternoon with a beer.
Jūrmala is full of rushins in the summer and quite shitty in general. Don't do that.
Try aukstā zupa before your lunch, it is really really good. It's a lithuanian dish though so not sure how many restaurants have it.
Latvians are park ordnüng nazis, be cautious where you choose to sit in any of the old town parks and drinking is illegal.
