Is there a language more A E S T H E T I C than Japanese?
Is there a practical guide for pronunciation? I can't figure out most of it.

Easy to learn? There are a few natural languages that might fall into this category.
Logical, universally easy to pronounce, & completely regular: They're all gonna be artificial, constructed languages.
Having studied English, Spanish, Mandarin, Sanskrit, and Ancient Greek, I imagine that they'd be fun to play around with as a linguistic project, no doubt, but they'll never catch on.
