Well this, I took it right outside my town
Basically hella lot of vineyards on a big plain where I live, but mountains something like 40km away and the sea 10km away so it's nice

Orange, NSW, the most /comfy/ town in the state tbqh. Small, semi-rural, the city centre is mostly old buildings from the 19th century, it snows in winter, the trees actually change in autumn, doesn't get stupidly hot in summer, there's apple orchards all around. It's great. There's a lot of wine vineyards popping up in recent years too
