Its just random, I wanted to color it so that no two of the same shade touch so all the regions look distinct. Just makes it easier to see.
I got most of my brazil regionals about a month ago, most of the brazilians who had regionals stopped posting for some reason. Argentina regionals are mostly from people who posted in this general I think
