Feijoada, it's baked beans with a lot of meat and seasoning. This is the brazilian version, my favorite.

Yes, pork ear, face and various sausages. They also put vegetables like cabbage and carrots and tend to use brown beans instead of black beans. I like the ear, not so much the other parts of the pork.
