It's not a shithole in the slightest way.
A huge shithole is ONLY Africe and some of the Asian countries, nothing else qualifies as a shithole. Just because we didn't luck out on oil as Norway our minerals like other rich countries, doesn't mean Latvia or Poland is a shithole.
Latvia was 10th in Europe before WW2 regarding economy, in front of countries like Italy or Austria and Poland was rather well of as well. Both of us suffered a shitty war and still are rebuilding, that does not make any of the Eastern Europe countries a shithole.
The "shithole" meme needs to die once and for all.
