Norway's oil dependancy is greatly exaggerated. We have a very small population and lots of other resources, so I see no reason to panic. The current situation is pretty bad compared to some European countries, but according to MIT's and Harvard's reports on economic complexity we're still doing okay (http://atlas.media.mit.edu/en/rankings/country/2014/). Oil will still be abundant and relevant for a few more years, so we should have plenty of time to improve.
