I spent one day in Poland and I saw so many more hot girls than in Ukraine...and I have spent nearly two weeks here in a few different cities.

To somewhat answer your question:
The most dangerous city I visited on this trip was Kosice, Slovakia. There are tons of crazy gypsies there -- search "Lunik IX" in Google. It's a gypsy ghetto in Kosice.
