How have you guys learned to use other languages' keyboards? I'm having a hard time with the cyrillic keyboard, and it's honestly a pain in the ass to switch tabs constantly. Any tips?

Order some cyrillic keyboard stickers from amazon, stick em on your keyboard. go to language keyboard settings or whatever the fuck and add russian keyboard. alt+shift to switch between russian and enlish.

It literally takes half a second to alt-shift, how hard can it be?

You can't actually make a phonetic cyrillic layout, there are like 10 extra letters. Stickers is an actual solution, a phonetic layout is a false promise.
