3rd largest population in my city is Vietnamese and we also have a Little Saigon, but outside the Pho, no restaurant can really make quality rolls and sandwiches, etc. except this one place that just opened up on the white side of town (my side) and although it's the best I've ever had, it's super expensive, twice as much as the best Chinese food joints.

Unlike the other guys, I wasn't memeing about the dish. It's great. I usually don't like offal meat, but it really works out in this dish. It's best eaten with a tapioca cracker (banh da) and if you want to be authentic, with alcohol.
