If Russia nukes a Polish city, nukes will be flying towards Omsk and Volgograd before they touch Polish soil. If Russia nukes a military installation, they'll get half of theirs nuked back. If Russia uses a tactical nuke on a warship or a battalion, they'll get it back on their warships or battalions ten times worse.
