in brazil we just buy hot bread and make cofee. open the bread and pass some butter on it. No need to eat that ammount of protein and fat. Is it the wether, mabe if its too cold it makes sense since you need more energy to go to work and do stuff. we take breakfest at 6:00 to 9:00 and lunch on 12:00 to 13:00. so no point on eating that much in the breakfest.
