this graph is dumb and why aren't you ecological please fuck off from my thread thank you
>>61740299
If you think the test you linked in the OP is ANYTHING other than leftist propaganda, you're retarded. You end up in the bottom left 95% of the time unless you put in edgy answers about wanting to kill people in china. It's pure propaganda to make uneducated people think they're "left wing" when in reality they're on an incredibly skewed scale.
>>61740368
and yet weirdly enough whenever it's posted on 4chan most people end up in blue or purple
>>61740406
Yes, massive edgelords. According to that shithouse test I'm a lefty, and closest aligned with the NZ green party, which is demonstrably bullshit considering I agree with fuck all of their policies.
>>61740431
fuck then link me to that one you took

It also gives a better depth in terms of specifics.

I'm a Democratic National Liberal on that one as well.

>being proud of being a standard neoliberal
>>61740493
That doesn't make sense, socialism you want big government and libertarian you want small government
>>61740585
It does make sense. Freedom and capitalism are incompatible. A true libertarian must be against wage slavery.
>>61740633
>What kind of government size you want
Just fuck my shit up

To be fair it didn't ask very many questions about the environment and the ones it asked were pretty extreme, so still not 100% accurate

>>61741391
Get that purple one over to the right and you're all good.

Maybe in your shitty country, businesses are run by people and people care about people. Regulations do nothing but slow shit the fuck down and prevent anyone from innovating or being the best they can be.
t. someone who runs a business
>>61741578
Classic, I remember being a lefty when I was 15 too. I told my dad, he looked at me for a few seconds and said "you'll change". I laugh at how true that was.
>>61741604
As I said before I think the eco scale on that site is a bit fucked, the rest seems right.
>>61741391
>National socialist
pretty good man
>>61741578
damn you're regressing fast, what happened my man?
>>61740585
No, socialism wants the people, and by extension you'd need a fair government first, to seize the means of production. If you are of the opinion that corporations limit rights as much as the government, then yeah, you can still be vaguely a libertarian socialist.
>>61741620
>businesses are run by people and people care about people.
we're not talking about small businesses though are we
most businesses have nothing but profit in mind, be real with me

>>61741647
No? I worked at an engineering firm with ~1000 staff, they do fuckloads to help. I'm not saying it's all magic and flowers, but less regulation is objectively good. Personally, I'd prefer stricter punishments on tax fraud than any form of protectionism, if you can find the people who skip taxes, they're likely to be the exact same people who run their businesses without putting people first. Shit like tariffs are objectively unjustifiable in a lot of circumstances. They choke the objective better supplier for shit like >muh jobs and >muh unions.

>>61741951
Have you ever worked anywhere? The world isn't trying to kill you you know.
And besides, I said anyway that whether or not a business is shady is beside the point with regards to protectionism in trade.
>>61741974
What counts as a high value? Because my secular leanings make me look like a militant atheist but I'm just agnostic.
Also bizarre that it came up as anthropocentric because I'm pretty eco-friendly as a whole. The only thing I disagreed with was that apes should have the same rights as humans.
>>61741716
hi daniel
>>61742023
It says "84% are more extremist than you". If you're on the bad side of halfway you're an extremist.
>>61742012
yes, and everywhere I've worked stresses the importance of "customer service" insofar as it's good for business, like literally anywhere else you'd work
>>61742044

>>61742080
It is good for business. The capitalistic mindset is that a lot of what is good for business is also good for the community. This is obviously not 100% true, but it works in principle. Still, I don't see how protectionism has anything to do with this. It's objectively retarded. NZ has the best dairy products in the world, and we'd sure as fuck LIKE to send them to Europe at a cheap price, but we can't. Why? Because Europe doesn't want their farmers being cucked by our superior cheese. They'd rather force ours to be more expensive than force their own farmers to either a) improve their cheese so it sells or b) move onto something they're better at. Both of those are good options that improves everything for both us and Europe. Protectionism is dumb and commies are retarded for thinking it helps anyone.
I don't know if this is just one fuck but I'm noticing a lot of liberal sentiment from american flags all of a sudden

>>61742330
I did - because months can be written with Roman numerals.
>>61742314
Yeah, the only other time I really support protectionism is when monopolies are concerned, because a monopoly goes against most positive benefits of capitalism and has too many of the negatives
WHO /NEOLIBERAL DEMOCRAT/ HERE
The last time I did OP's test, my result was a bit left and libertarian.
>>61742149
This is my point, they only circumstantially care about you. If their reputation is bad, they lose business. Businesses aren't benevolent, they're opportunistic. 100% benevolence is also bad for business, otherwise all businesses would be nonprofit and leaving as small of a carbon footprint as possible.
I never said I support protectionism btw
>>61742513
Yeah but is that a bad thing? It's still objectively better than being a commie
>>61742647
There's a really huge divide between being a commie and wanting reasonable but strict regulations on corporations
>tfw you're Ghandi
>>61740585
Socialism has no relationship whatsoever with the "size" (whatever that means) of government. Socialist thought was primarily anarchist for the majority of the 19th century, and even a good portion of the early 20th.
The idea that socialism means big government, or vice versa, is a unique and bizarre Americanism/Canadianism.
That's why you have a bunch of idiot liberals calling the military a "socialist programme" in the United States, or, conversely, why you have a bunch of right-wing types calling Obamacare socialist. Also why you have welfarists like Sanders calling themselves socialists.
>mfw Americans' biggest political argument is the size of the government
