Also thanks to white flight the major cities, the parts of these states most people will experience, are even worse.
Ex. Arkansas as a whole is 15% black/77% white but Little Rock is 43% black/49% white.

Southerners have a much more rigid class structure resembling the British, so moving above or below your station is frowned upon. The southern elite oppress their whites as much as they oppress their blacks, again much like the British. Whites seem to only tolerate it simply because "at least they arnt black"
Of course teasing them and calling them uneducated does not help the situation at all and just serves to alienate them even further.

This is just formallity. Only old women go to churches. I don't know any young religious people, they are all either atheists or simply don't give a fuck, even though they were baptized when they were babies.
