I only smoke when I'm buzzed/drunk. I think there's a decent component to addiction that's mentally rooted, and a lot of it (especially with less addictive things) can be controlled mind-over-matter style. I could be bullshitting though, that's just my perception.
I still get an urge maybe once a week, though I was never even habitual, it's more just the fact that there's nothing quite like a nicotine rush and sometimes you just want one if you know what it feels like. Kinda thinking about rolling my own if it's generally less harmful than commercial cigarettes. Either that or maybe I'll go the American Spirit route
