I have no fucking idea on how hot dogs are outside Curitiba, but here's a small list of stuff you can find in those here: potato puree, potato sticks, bacon, fried Calabrian sausage cubes, ground meat, green corn and peas, farofa (fried cassava flour), vinagrete (tomato, onion and bell pepper small cubes in vinegar), tomato sauce... usually seasoned with ketchup, "bottle mayo", mustard and pepper sauce.
Ah, bread and hotdog sausage too.
