by now many "rares" are posting thrice. thank the proxykings properly when you see them
in pink: posters claim to have posted from there but there's no country internet so they appear as other flag

Also just updated my flags with the fixed flags so the few unglossed flags are now glossed and French dependencies have proper flags. Only 6 more left
