How common are hipsters in your nation?
Effectively we Americans gave birth to the culture so naturally we have the most of them.
Probably proportionally more than the US.

In Oregon we had hipsters before they were popularl.

Im pretty sure hipster doesnt even mean anything, i think its just a word that people can use to justify why they dont like somebody that they feel inferior to

As if. A hipster is someone who wants not to be mainstream. He can't dress like someone from the 18th century because then people would think he has a 18th century style. But he could mix 50 percent 18th century style with 50 percent hip hop style for instance. Then people would know his style is not 18th century or hip hop, his style is not-mainstream.
Also glasses with overly conspicuous frames are liked by hipsters.
