Whole German country, all German lobbies around the world, all banksters and globalists of the planet should unite now to make a second Greece out of the perfidious roach to give a proper lesson to everybody who dares to destroy the German project.

They can't. The PM is lagging to stand down and refuses to invoke it, and is leaving it up to whoever gets voted in next. Maybe it's a stalling tactic.

Yeah because they could exploit their colonies, nowadays not so much.

The Anglo world will help them.

>>61439697
They were strongest then because they had 2 big advantage over other nations - they were best at ruling the seas, and they were best at trading/ capitalism. This two allowed them to control half the world and gain an enourmous wealth.
Obviously they will be fine still, but what advantage do they have over most other countries this age ?

London is the biggest financial center of the world.
Now the Banks and Investors abandon that place.
They run away and transfer as much of theur deposits as possible to other more stable places.
>>
>>61440449

don't listen to this retard >>61440927

value is wiped away because of the fear and speculation in the markets that has already happened - it has nothing to do with what is to come

the WORLD markets lost all of that money because all of the assets and shit that used to be worth X are now worth X-100 as a result of the uncertainty

the money did not disappear or anything - it doesn't even really exist until its pulled out of the system and when the UK starts getting shit sorted out OR when the markets settle the value will just rise again

basically everything is in the UK's hands now - they are going to lose out on things from the EU but the question is whether they can leverage their soon to be new status in order to either become net neutral or surpass what they lose from the EU - during that period there is going to be uncertainty and fear and thus the markets will be shit

Worst part is, people just take this shit at face value.
>>
>>61442087

are you denying that the uncertainly, shock, and volatility has lead to a 3t (or something massive like that) loss in the markets?

i mean i get that its meme money that doesn't even exist and all that but its still technically gone down in the meme world - unless people are dumb enough to pull it out and full realize their losses instead of holding out for better times
>>
>>61442087
you do realize that the world market doesn't represent the sum of all money in the world right ? It's just the sum of all INVESTED money in the world.
The difference being that invested money generates revenu, production, etc, while money stocked away by investors doesn't generate anything.

So yeah, 3 trillion dollars have been effectively taken away from the economy for the time being.

You know that we would give our left arm to have Britain to remain? We just didn't want t sell you guys.

If we had told the britts:
>You are fine , you can have the single marked + a ban of all Poles and Romanians.

The Britts would have all voted remain.

Why are you such a backstabbing Pole? Or do you realy believe what you are writing?
>>
>>61438328
The UK wants to try negotiating while they can still pull out, once they invoke article 50 there's no going back. If the deal they'd get looks to be absolutely horrible (which it probably will be desu, it seems like the EU is planning to make an example out of them) then there's the option of ignoring the referendum. Unfortunately for them the EU isn't retarded and that's why the EU wants the UK to invoke it asap.
>>
>people literally not understanding markets
things have value, a factory is worth less when the prospects for production fall for some rason
a business may be assumed to grow 5% in the next year - that would be part of it's 'value', brexit made a whole lot of business have much less potential and immediate value, that is to say less money would be made with them long term so people are willing to spend less to own them
this is why money was lost, because people believe that business are now worth less in the long run
because the brits just put a big question mark above trade between them and EU
>>
>>61442874
the EU already said that they won't start negotiating until they invoke the 50
>>
It's crazy how Poles are angry for 5 days!
>>
>>61438600
you won't imagine how piss poor the britts were when they entered the EU.
They applied 3 times! And France stepped in to not have them a Membership 2 times.

They got a special Brittish-Discount on the EU because of their poorness.
Their economy came back they day the UK became a EU member. They became the most promising economy in the block,...yet they still kept their Brittish-discount on the EU.

Even Boris Johnson knows that he leads his country back into the 1970ies.
It's just stupid.
I wish they find a way to stay.

It's an irrational panic and money market manipulation. It's time to buy shares at a discount. There isn't even a talk of tariffs right now and even then what would change? The price of airplanes?
>>
>>61442874

the problem is that they also have to calculate all of the new money and deals they can get as a result of being out of the EU - there are going to be more or new trade partner options and also less regulation applying to those new outside sources

so the UK wants time to set that up whilst the EU is going to try and cuck their shit up so no one realizes that it could be possible to leave the EU and succeed - as you said an example to others

The problem is now most if not all of the EU want to see the UK out. They were always a thorn in the side when the EU wanted to become more than just a market and now that the EU leaders can remove it they won't miss the opportunity.

That is possible, but its not just the Poles, they have been waging a massive shill campaign here, on /pol/ and on /news/.

No doubt trying to make us all desire a second referendum.
>>
>>61439400
It is.
the majority of UK MP wouldn't vote for invoking article 50 .
And the official souvreign of Brittain is the parliament, not the people.
Also they wouldn't risk to blow up the whole of UK.

Norther-Ireland will catch fire again once they are parted from the Irish Republic.

Scotts will fight for a referendum. Or torture the English until they get a new referendum to secede. So the Scotts can remain in the EU and have access to the single marked. And EU internantional trade agreements protecting them.

Some even thought about to have London stay in the EU. Like an Exteritorial Capital with a high wall...

Then there is the tragedy that is Gibraltar.
Once it left the EU Gibraltar isn't part of the European Energy marked. Same is true for the support with sweet water. Spains don't need to sell Spanish sweet water to a country outside of the EU...
Also if they close the boarders....UK would have to deliver everything and everyone to and from Gibraltar by ship.

Gibraltar is fucked. Except they just melt it back down to a pure Marine base with allmost no civlians living there.
>>
>>61443757
>Spains don't need to sell Spanish sweet water to a country outside of the EU
>UK would have to deliver everything and everyone to and from Gibraltar by ship
You know there was a time before the EU, right? The treaty that ceded Gibraltar to the UK grants Gibraltar access to the Spanish market.
>>
>>61440977
Right now the economic hit is purely due to market uncertainty. Currently the financial institutions are angling for retaining access such that they can avoid a costly move at all, because the City really doesn't like the looks of any of the options it has in the rest of Europe if it came to it.
>>
>>61438328
Is it only me or is economics completely fucked? How can the world lose 3 trillion? Someone's making a profit obviously
>>
>>61443681
>The problem is now most if not all of the EU want to see the UK out. They were always a thorn in the side when the EU wanted to become more than just a market and now that the EU leaders can remove it they won't miss the opportunity.

It was good to have a voice like the one of the UK, it added balance. It's not healthy to have a group of people that only see things from a single perspective.
It was good to have the UK perspective presented before decicions were made.

If you are true to yourself you know we need the UK. And they need us.
Because the EU is in reality a good thing. It's just our politicians who love to have them as scapegoat...so they don't need to take responsibility on all the compromises that are made. Just blame the evil EU for what ever rule you came to lobby throu the EU institutions....as if it's not exactly what you wanted.

The enemies of the EU are coward politicians who claim to have nothing to do with the agendas they themself push inside the EU.
>>
>>61442771
What do you think the odds are that the UK, France, Germany etc. are paying the blindest bit of notice to Juncker's insistence that there's no discussion of what the hell we're going to do about this mess until Article 50 triggers?
