which one is the ROMAnian slavaboo?
>>
>>61332356

>Exactly, so it was the alphabet used by all literate Romanians, ergo the Romanian alphabet.

When the literate make around 1% , you can't generalize.Even more you cannot call it the romanian alphabet because it was not used by romanians but by institutions and in lithurgy.

>So you mean Roman and Byzantine coins? ))))

as long as they have latin alphabet it means the locals understood them. And its not just coins. We were chrsitianised in latin, in fact we were the first christians of east europe, and we used latin first and read latin proof is that our oldest christian words come from latin not slavic like the neighbors.

Like i said, not only you cannot generalise but you also have to take in fact that if we didnt use latin alphabet before, we were all illiterate, which is not the case.

>Or do you want to tell me that alphabets didn't exist in Medieval Europe?

They did,but since the majority didnt use a alphabet, it does not mean that an alphabet was used by X country.

>The Hungarians or the Poles didn't have the Latin alphabet since only a minority used it?

They did, but it was used in institution.

>No, it only means that commerce occurred with such coins. Nothing less, nothing more.

So by this logic, you can start trading in chinese money.

>Popular, not institutional christianity, ergo all proper cult words are of Greek or Slavic origin, while only the most basic ones are of Latin.

Exactly. The oldest and the most basic words are of latin origin inherited directly.

The thousands of old Roman coins dating from the IV, V and VI centuries found on Romania are peculiar because they are a) made of bronze and b) show the portrait of contemporary emperors on them. The first part affirms that these coins were not valuable, meaning that they were common currency. There is no way such coins could have found their way into Romania through tribute or trade between the Romans and barbarians because the Goths, Avars, Huns, and others would only accept gold coins and items as tribute, as bronze coins had little value or use to them. The material indicates that these coins were used as a common bartering currency for low-value items (like food or iron) by a poor populace. Their number, and the diverse locations that they've been found in, indicates that this populace was large, and spread all over the country. The second aspect reflects the historical fact that there was significant communication between this proto-Romanian populace and the Roman Empire, enough to allow for the accurate re-minting of coins.

As we can see latin alphabet was still used in IV century.

Vasile Parvan discovered two documents in Transylvania dating from the IV century which mentions a Goth "king" who referred to himself as "jude" over his populace, an administrative title preserved also by the Romanian principalities in the Middle Ages..

What you'll find here at the popular resorts is mainly mass and party tourism. Masses of British, Germans, Scandics, Russians, Dutch. If you go to a smaller location you might like it more. Definitely Greeks have the better beaches and landscape in terms of esthetic (white fisherman houses and stuff like that). Here you can basically expect what Serbian beaches and tourism would look like if Serbia had a seaside.

>So it was their alphabet, just like Cyrillic was ours.

hungarians people did not use latin alphabet, just in institution. They used the old hungarian alphabet, so again you rekted yourself.

>Yes, the coins found are based on the economic powerhouses of the period and might've been used not even by proto-Romanians, but by different populations that found their way in the region.

by proto-romanians, clearly the archaelogical study concludes this.Read before posting.

>And this proves exactly that their christianity was folkish, not institutional - ergo no Latin (or any other) alphabet.

Really?Than who created he tens of monasteries/churches before 12th century?

>In those centuries Romanians didn't exist.

Foolish argument.romanian is a etonym for the romance speakers over this territory.

>Those tribal agrarian societies did not mint nor use coins.

Now you contradict yourself.I said romanians used it between themselvs to trade.Read before posting.

>When Romanians didn't exist, yes.

Not an argument, see up.

>A Germanic leader in a time when Romanians didn't exist.

Not an argument. If you have read the soviet propaganda about what you call "ROMAnia", you can just use vlach.(But since vlachs self -designated as romanians both are correct)
>>
>>61333810

Total bull. Bulgaria is one of the safest cunts in Europe. But your shitty seaside owners try everything for Romanians to stay at home. Recently we have a phenomenon here of Romanians posing as they have no money for gas, then when someone stops to help they say ah pls give me money ill give you this golden watch in exchange. Trick is it is fake. Recently 2 Romanians have been arrested for that.
>>
>>61333584
you can actually see the difference between gypsies and romanians. The romanians would take shitty jobs, try to learn the language, they know they are in a shitty situation but are still optimistic. The gypsies are confused, don't even try to learn the language and are shocked when no one is giving them any money for free.

>but for a lot of leavers (myself included) it's about not being dictated to by the fucking axis of evil (france+germany) and doing what's right for us.

the thing is that nobody would really notice if the UK leaves the EU, as they were not playing by the same rules anyway. The big problem is that by leaving, all the power in the EU goes to France and Germany. And if you want to trade with the EU, you will have to obey the same rules while not having any say in it.

The big problem is that by leaving, all the power in the EU goes to France and Germany. And if you want to trade with the EU, you will have to obey the same rules while not having any say in it.

Not sure I completely agree with your logic on this. Of course we need to see where the chips fall, but the fact is Britain had practically no say in how the EU was run anyway. I'm all for an EEA arrangement (personally my favourite option) as it means we keep trade and free movement, but can create our own trade deals and laws.

Also, I think the EU losing the UK is a very big blow that is being understated. Not just financially but all the soft diplomatic (and hard military) power the UK also provides. Despite all the rhetoric it is NOT in EU interests to punish Britain. Ireland is basically dependant on us in terms of trade, plus we take a lot of German/Dutch etc. imports.

It's a gamble though I accept it. The biggest thing swaying me towards remain was solidarity. I don't want to see the EU fail, rise of nationalism, or Southern Europe to suffer any more because of our actions.. But the fact is, Europe is becoming a country, great, I want good relations with it.. Just don't want to be a part of it.

Check the old town of Sozopol, it's pretty chill and in the evening it's great place. Not overcrowded but also used to tourists. Biggest resorts are Sunny Beach and Golden Sands, they are basically in Western European/Russian hand. Romanians mainly go to Albena, Russians everywhere but many of them to Elenite. Sinemorec and Lozenets is where Bulgarians from Sofia go, one is pretty hippie the other is pretty hipster. I'd take Sozopol though. If you wanna fuck, easiest are Russian and other ex-soviet (mode: easy) and British (mode: casual). Macedonians I fucked though twice, wasn't too hard either. Romanians I guess the same but I'm never at the northern seaside as it sucks imo. Obv fucking is easiest in the big resorts but in Sozopol are foreigners as well, just not hundreds of thousands of them.

There's definitely a mood of... something. Mainly butthurt. I live in a strong remain area though (London) not sure what it's like in the poor, (formerly) working class areas that voted Leave.

The young and other remainers are really, really angry and upset about this. Basically old people who actually bothered to vote won it. Honestly, I was shell shocked that it came to pass, but I didn't vote for the memes so no buyers remorse. Just hope it was a good idea.

Meh, I think you made a big uninformed mistake. The referendum was a good idea to force the EU to reform itself, I think not even your politicians expected this result.

>but the fact is Britain had practically no say in how the EU was run anyway
of course when you send people like Farage to represent you. But contrary to propaganda, UK had a big say, but Britain cared more about what happens to them than what happens in Europe, you were always like that, which is not necessarily a bad thing.

>Also, I think the EU losing the UK is a very big blow that is being understated. Not just financially but all the soft diplomatic (and hard military) power the UK also provides.
it is a very big blow, especially to the smaller countries. As I said the UK was the balance to Germany and France. And instead trying to reform it from within they decide to leave, it's like a kid which is mad, takes his toys and leaves

Older/already established surnames/nicknames. The mass employment of the "-ić" surnames coincides with 19th century "revolution" in statistics and demographic data gathering

Croatian surnames are overwhelmingly Slavic, with Slavic suffixes: "-ić, -ac/-ec, -in, -ski, -ov". I know people who also have Turkish/Arabic surnames, and that is also inevitable here. Some northwestern Croats have Slavicized German surnames. We come in all shapes
