It depends what you're looking for. If you want to live in a cozy city and work in a car factory, Czechia is definitely a better choice. Poland offers more business opportunities as it's a bigger and more diversified country, it has a sea, mountains, lakes, even a desert.
These countries are pretty similar though, Czechia is slightly richer, but the gap is getting smaller year by year.
