Those votes still count though. The left shouldn't have led the Remain campaign with their witty "we're obviously the better choice lol" slogan and instead actually raise awareness among these people why remaining in the EU would be the best for them. Instead they just kept to their slacktivist bullshit on twitter and got Boris'd.

Is it true that even most of the leave voters want to redo everything so they can change their vote? I heard that some people said they voted to leave for fun because they didn't think it would actually win and others said that reality hit them when they saw how the economy took a nosedive the moment the result was announced

So you basically want to revoke the right to vote from any group of people that might have a different than yours. Tell me, how is this not totalitarianism?
>>
Who the fuck cares. We should balkanize most of the world anyway. Democracy works better when there are fewer people and it is concentrated on small areas. I'd say around 500k would be ideal size for a decisive body. It's large enough to gather good amount of different skills/ideas, yet small enough for every vote to matter and people feel more connected
>>
>>61293228
Wasn't the Greek ideal 5000 male citizens?
>>
>>61293219
The second comment said nothing about revoking anyone's right to vote, merely that there was a large amount of misinformation.
>>
I will lose all respect for Britain if there is a second referendum, Democracy will truly be dead and you will cucks like us.
>>
>>61293298
Sorry, thought you were referring to a different one. Nevertheless, claiming people weren't informed enough is basically saying not enough people had your opinion.
>>
>>61293272
Not enough for modern world, you'd essentially want people who have knowledge of some specific area (law, economics, education, health sciences, etc) and with small enough pool size it's hard to find good candidates. Same reason why large countries fare better in olympics and such, because they have shit huge pool for brilliant people.

i dont know anything about the campaign but guess they might have downplayed those people. leaving the EU is even a much worse thing than you might imagine now. its gonna be really fucking shit.

i vaguely can imagine it because of my experience of recession and this kind of cheesy nationalistic populism, collective mind, and climate for those that made up by media and the internet in japan. but the effects of brexit are not even close to that. it actually directly requires many concrete changes of your social norms and social/economic/local/public structures just only for "no immigrants". im consistently skeptical about immigrant policies in the EU but this seems to be a bit too extreme decision.

It'll be best out of 15 referendums, because numerous referendums definitely won't cause mass uncertainty and damage the markets beyond repair.

I also find it very funny that so many people bitching about the markets being hurt as a result of Leave are also Corbyn/Sanders supporters.

Nope. The political class is in favor of remaining, big businss wants to remain, the banks want to remain the City wants to remain, it's just those pesky voters getting in the way. Yes, capitalism in Poland is brutal and antihuman, because our country needs a growth to catch up the Western world. I am 28 years old, i worked on cruise ships as a mechanic for 3 years and this job made me enough to save enough money to buy a flat here. Previous jobs were agriculture, factories and stuff...

> Do you see this mass exodus ending soon?

I work in a company hiring around 40 people. At least 1/3 of them worked in the West before. Our migration is not made in one direction, it is a circle.

I doubt that this huge migration stops as long as our salaries are still 3x-4x lower than in the West. Poles are Jews, they want to earn big money on Polish standard in short time and with possibly smallest effort.

I think that Brexit and British nationalism will block us a way to earn money in UK, so we will have to choose Germany instead. We are already doing it. Germany became nr 1 destination of migrants one year ago for a change.

What is your point, roach? I find UK a total shithole and would never want to live there anyway. Stop advertizing your nigger and muslim infested dirty country and telling me that my country is shit, because it won't work. WIG20 is so low because half of the 20 companies are energetical companies, and they began to go down because of low oil price. And now we are having Brexit that is affecting the stock as well.

UK isn't exactly beautiful either, it is fucking depressing. But it obviously has incomparably better infrastructure and buildings' facades in better condition, because we are still building and renovating our own after 50 years of doing nothing in this field.

You've got it exactly right. The thing is the people who'd kick off are such a small minority I'd almost rather push them into submission than just give into their whims. I think a few things need to be tackled tho:
How our democratic process should manifest is in parliament, not (purely) shotgun referendums

It can't be where politicians can just lie and break promises, but the electorate's final decision is set in stone. It's one rule for the political class and another for everyone else.

The current conception of leadership is antidemocratic. We're now expected to buy that Corbyn should have used his mind control and forced all labour supporters to vote remain for example.

Certain insular sections of the middle classes are demonising vast swathes of inhomogeneous people they haven't met but feel they should have probably. So it was all those elderly working class 2nd generation immigrants in the North (delete as appropriate) that felt disenfranchised and hey we should all go visit them

The whole thing's a clusterfuck tho, and there isn't a way to undo it so w/e

Half of this country was abroad already and we have comparison. Your Western shitholes are heavily overrated, and it is annoying for us to hear shit about "third world pooland" from citizens of countries that in most places look the same or even worse than ours but classify themselves as "first world paradise". You have more money nominally than us, that's why we work in your shitholes (maybe except Italy because it is already too poor for Polish standards), but it doesn't mean that we idolize your fucking dirty, overcrowded nigger-muslim infested holes.

>They didn't vote.
>The main campaign carried by leavers.

It is funny how they still believe in second chance. EU also should punish them for such idiotic behavior.

The thing they should understand is, leave vote was for the change. So if there would be a second voting, it would be for leaving it, not for remaining. They can't turn the decision they have voted for. And since SNP got what they wanted, they will use this chance to achieve their goal, which is completely justified after this. Stupid English fucks tried to restore British Empire with their simplistic way of thinking, instead they will get their petty England full of pakis and shitskins.

Well, you know, I know someone who voted "remain" because she didn't want to jeopardize her next holidays in Cyprus.

The reasons why most people vote for one or another choice are often ridiculous, short-sighted and based on feels/guts rather tha reason and reflexion.

That's why politics with catchy motto, great scenic presence and funny catchphrases/repartee lead the political landscape nowadays.

Well, the fact is that when I went to Czech for holidays a dozen years ago, there was approximately one prostitute every 100 meters along the 100km of roads from Marianske Lazne to Prague (and I'm not even exagerating), and I saw some people buying one fucking barrel of beer everyday for the 2 weeks I was there. It's like they purposely tried to confirm the memes.

They mostly moved the prostitutes into whorehouses, so you do not meet that many streetwalkers these days.
Otherwise eh, the girls are of age and can do whatever (and whomever, I guess).

I have no problem with girls doing whatever they want, and in fact I never saw as many qts as then (but it was really hit or miss, though, it's like there was no in-between: either they were awesome qts or walking rotten ratfaces). Those were not prostitutes though, and I have to say it was also extremely distubring seeing that many women thrown into prostitution.

As for beer, well, indeed I have no doubt it is cheaper in kegs, but seeing the same people drinking one full keg a day and coming back the next day to buy a new one, you can certainly think they're a bit, like, you know, drunkards.

Also, it was quite funny to see 1 truck full of beer leaving the factory every 15 seconds 24/24 in Plzen.
