There are homeless people, but they are all white people who don't haggle. Instead they play a song on their guitar/banjo. Many thru-hikers and drifters stop here on their journey on the Appalachian Trail between Georgia and Maine. Thru-hikers are very interesting and intelligent people. I stayed at a motel here and a bunch of mechanics were having a tailgate party just because they were fixing the refrigerator and so I got free beer. This is one of the last places where true American culture still thrives.
Middletown, DE. You might think Delaware is useless and irrelevant but think of that as a good thing. One of the least tax-burdened places in the country, which is good for business. There are a lot of jobs here (I live here) and it's rapidly growing. 4 years ago it was just a little farm town and all of a sudden it's like a city. Corporations love Delaware and will pay you to use your address as their P.O box. I get mail from all kinds of random corporations. Feels good man.
Sierra Vista, AZ. You're probably thinking that this place will be too hot to live in. Actually, it stays around 70 F all year because it's in the mountains, and you get kind of a monsoon season where you get comfy drizzle. Arizona is one of the most based states and has the most lax gun laws. You could get a job shooting Mexicans who try to jump the fence.

Chicago, IL (and Chicagoland). Ugh where do I even begin? Lots of darkies who shoot each other and shoot you even though gun laws are the worst in the country. Taxes are the worst in the country. Everyone here is miserable. The city is corrupt.
